Carol Lee Brosseau

 Miller Gaffney ’02 and Carol Lee Pryor Brosseau ('03) host "Art Breakers,"" which premieres Sunday evening on the Ovation cable channel. It is a look at their work as art brokers who help connect collectors, artists and buyers. They have produced four episodes, which will air throughout October, beginning Sunday, October. 4th at 7pm Central. Ovation with more than 50MM subscribers promotes artists through the Ovation digital arts network. The couple hopes to receive the green light soon to shoot even more. The people and people I met at Baylor certainly affected my life. Karen Pope, Art History department. My most important classes were taught by Dr. Pope. I also traveled with her to Chicago and Paris to examine art. It was an amazing experience to learn about art with her. I can recall her declaring that art history is a vast puzzle and that we must always look for the right pieces. My dad was the owner of a car dealership, so I had to work there every summer. I was a mechanic assistant during the summer months, changing oil and brakes.

 Kamala Devi Harris, born on the 20th of October 1964 is an American politician as well as a lawyer. She is currently the 49th vice president of the United States. She is also the first vice president to be female and highest-ranking female official in U.S. History, as also the first African American and second Asian American vice president. She is a member of Congress and a former senator from California. Harris was born in Oakland, California. She graduated from Howard University as well as the University of California Hastings College of the Law. Her first job was in the Alameda County District Attorney's Office. Harris was later recruited to join the San Francisco District Attorney's Office. In 2003, she was appointed district attorney for San Francisco.  Kyraminturn Sedgwick was born August 19th 1965. She is an American producer and actress. She is best known for her character as the Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson in the TNT crime drama The Closer. Sedgwick received two Emmy Awards in the years 2010 and 2007 for her portrayal Johnson.
